The aim of the thesis is to automate the process of loading data from particular distributors, make data quality management more transparent - consolidate data from particular distributors - mainly in the area of products and points of sale (pharmacies), process existing reports in modern reporting tool, which enables the creation of new reports, including graphically processed territorial data (map reports), with the possibility of interactive viewing of detailed data.

Adverbial Clauses of Time with Conjunctions bis, bevor, ehe

This bachelor thesis deals with subordinate adverbial clauses of time in German introduced by the following conjunctions: bis, bevor and ehe. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the description of adverbial clauses of time in selected grammar books. The introductory chapter of this part presents how this area is dealt with in the grammar book by Gerhard Helbig and Joachim Buscha, which is considered to be a basic handbook for German as a foreign language at an advanced level. This part also describes how these clauses are dealt with in other grammar books. An emphasis is put on comparing this description with the description by Helbig and Buscha. The practical part focuses on the occurrence of adverbial clauses of time in selected sources, namely fiction, newspapers and the DeReKo corpus. The analysis focuses on clauses introduced by bevor, ehe expressing implied negation. Furthermore, the analysis deals with adverbial clauses of time with future reference in which the analysed conjunctions, i.e. bis, bevor and ehe, are interchangeable according to some of the analyzed grammar books. Pokud stát využívá zpravodajských služeb příliš a dá jim velké pravomoci, dostává se automaticky pod neustálý tlak kritiky svých občanů. Pokud naopak poskytne zpravodajským službám pravomocí málo, dosadí "slabého" ředitele nebo zavede příliš mnoho kontrolních mechanismů, jako tomu bylo v ČSFR krátce po revoluci v roce 1989, může dojít k zablokování funkčnosti těchto služeb a zvýšení zranitelnosti státu. Specifickým problémem s tím spojeným je počet služeb, kterými stát disponuje. Větší množství je sice náročnější na státní rozpočet, na druhou stranu zpravodajská činnost zasahuje do řady oblastí, které se nemusí navzájem slučovat, pokud budou přiřazeny pouze jedné službě. S velkým množstvím služeb je však na druhou stranu spojeno riziko neefektivity celého systému, nepřirozeného toku informací a jejich zamlčování či dokonce zneužívání v konkurenčním boji jednotlivých služeb. Czech mass media and Security information Service: media perspective on the annual reports of the BIS

The diploma thesis Czech mass media and Security Information Service: media perspective of the annual report of BIS focuses on the image of the annual report published by the Security Information Service (often used acronym "BIS") in selected mass media: servers Parlamentni listy, Aktualne, and daily newspaper Lidove noviny. The author is looking to answer the research question Do Czech mass media present the annual report of the BIS differently? If yes, why? The author follows the hypothesis that Czech mass media contribute a different image of BIS. The reason for these contrasting opinions lies both in the internal and external factors, such as changes in ownership structures, other relationships with the BIS, or various attributes of readers. Firstly, the author describes existing literature, theory and its application, and methodology. Concerning media theory is explained and linked to the idea of social constructivism. At the example of selected foreign information services, the author highlights the Security Information Service and mass media relationship complexity. In the empirical part, the diploma thesis continues with applying quantitative content analysis in the selected time range of 1996-2019. Confidence in some institutions - October and November 2019

In October and November 2019 within the regular survey, the Public Opinion Research Centre (CVVM) questioned respondents about their confidence in some institutions including the Ombudsman, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Audit Office, the Czech National Bank, the Office for Personal Data Protection, the Czech Academy of Sciences, public universities, the Supreme State Prosecutor, the Security information service (BIS), and the National Office for Information and Cyber Security (NÚKIB).

The Policy Paradox of the Intelligence Community Setup and its Democratic Oversight: The Case of the Czech Republic between 1993 and 2013

Intelligence services are vital security systém elements of each democratic state. Access to the important intels without any lags is basic for state to survive. No state, nor the democratic nor the totalitarian can survive withou intelligence. On the other hand, strong based and rooted oversight is nature in democratic states. Basic purpose of this work is in examination of the situation in the Czech republic, where intelligence systém reform should be prepared as soon as possible. Especially in the light of missuse of the military intelligence by prime minister's mistress in 2013. In advance, the limits of current oversight methods and systém should be find. Deborah Stone's, proffesor of Dartmouth university, in the Czech republic rare theory called Policy Paradox is used as main for this work. It was choosen because it brings new view on the current intelligence system setup and its oversight. This analytical model see creation of public policy as continuous clash of personal and public interests. In advanced it is in opposition to the traditional view of policy from the market perspective and it provide new view as ancient polis where you have to beer the public interest on your mind.
